Road To Wrigley

With the All-Star break happening last week, I also took some time off and set out on a road trip. I’ve been spending time on some beautiful lakes in Northwest Michigan.  Great weather, nature, lake-time with family, and Cubs W’s over the weekend made it fantastic thus far!  The All-Star break sure seems to have rejuvenated the Cubs!  So far, we’ve seen an enjoyable sweep of the Pirates at home.

Let’s hope they continue the roll this week, especially since I’ll be at Wrigley Field for two games, tomorrow and Wednesday!  Because while I took a break from CubTalks, I just couldn’t stay away from the Cubs!  I’ll continue on my journey tomorrow, driving from Michigan to Chicago to see the Cubs play.  But wait, there’s more!!!  On Thursday, I’ll  head to Club 400 for a special event, where Cubs catcher Willson Contreras and former Cubs pitcher Carlos Zambrano will be guests. It’s going to be quite the Cubs week, before I head back to Minneapolis.  I’m super excited!
