Slugging The Sox

Yesterday was the final home game at Sloan Park of the Cubs spring season. It was a bit of a slugfest against the White Sox, with the good guys coming out on top 15 – 9. Wins and losses mean nothing in spring, but it’s just a bit more fun with the W, especially against your crosstown rival. That said, it was a very successful truncated season at Sloan Park, with the Cubs going 8 – 2 at their spring home. Let’s hope they can bring some of that mojo into the regular season…starting at Wrigley Field on opening day – Thursday!

Some photos from John Antonoff of yesterday’s fun in the sun.
