Spring Breaking

By Tim Sheridan
March 12, 2012

The Cubs had a productive past three days, beating the White Sox and Brewers before falling to the Dodgers yesterday. We are back at Hohokam today as the Cubs face Dusty Baker and the Reds. I’ll be back here with my report (plus photos) this evening after the game.

For many schools it’s the start of spring break and we have a great week of baseball with the Cubs playing home games at Hohokam against the Reds, Brewers, DBacks, and Giants, capped off by a Sunday (18th) game against the White Sox. The Cubs will also play two games in Las Vegas this coming weekend and St. Patrick’s Day is Saturday as well, so it’s a festive week indeed! The weather in many parts of the country has been unseasonably warm of late, but it’s still hard to beat what we have this week in the valley of the sun. Let spring break begin!

It’s going to be a great week!
